**HIL Test Senior Engineer \- **JOB DESCRIPTION** **Responsibilities:** * Feel comfortable operating and managing activities autonomously. * Capability to lead design projects from concept to final implementation. * Create wireframes, prototypes, and final designs for mobile apps, websites, and other digital products. * Conduct user research to understand their needs and behaviors. * Design user flows and experience maps to optimize navigation and interaction. * Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. * Perform usability testing and data analysis to identify areas for improvement. * Stay up to date on the latest trends and technologies in UI/UX design. * Document the design process and design criteria to facilitate collaboration and scalability. * **Interaction Design:** Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch to create visually appealing and functional interfaces. * **User Research:** Conduct interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis to understand user needs and behaviors. * **Information Architecture:** Organize and structure information logically and efficiently for easy navigation and content discovery. * **Visual Design:** Knowledge of design principles such as typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy to create attractive and consistent interfaces. * **Prototyping:** Ability to create low\- and high\-fidelity prototypes to validate ideas and designs with users and stakeholders. * **Collaboration:** Ability to work effectively with developers, product managers, and other designers to ensure successful implementation of designs. * **Analytical Thinking:**Analyze usability data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the user experience. **Mandatory Qualifications:** * At least a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, electrical engineering or computer science.
