Monitoring and resolution of supply-related incidents We invite you to join the Mac Tlalnepantla Hospital team as **Procurement Manager** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Economics or Administration * Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital procurement of materials, medicines, and equipment * Flexible working hours **We offer:** * Competitive salary * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Punctuality bonus * Attendance bonus **Responsibilities:** * Timely procurement of materials, hospital supplies, and medicines * Compliance with policies and procedures * Timely processing of purchase requests according to the Expenditure Control Cycle * Requesting and tracking purchases of materials on sight * Promoting the use of the Procurement Procedures Manual as a permanent reference tool for all departments involved in the process * Registering materials and supplies in the item catalog under Corporate Procurement supervision * Maintaining an up-to-date supplier catalog as stipulated in the Procurement Manual – Annual review * Requesting necessary documentation from suppliers both for system registration and for physical and electronic file compilation as an authorized supplier * Receiving purchase requisitions from various departments to initiate the procurement process * Sending quotation requests to suppliers (minimum of 3 quotations). This step is waived for consigned materials, agreed-upon contract prices, or exclusive supplier agreements established by Corporate * Receiving electronic quotations from suppliers, conducting price comparisons, and selecting suppliers based on the following criteria: quality, delivery time, service, and price * Preparing and issuing purchase orders to suppliers on the same day of authorization; in case of any issues during the procurement process, promptly notify the relevant department * Sending purchase orders to suppliers electronically and tracking them until fulfillment * Monitoring and resolving shortages and/or product returns If you are interested and meet the profile, please apply through this channel.
