




Job Summary: The Pre-Sales Supervisor leads, supervises, and develops the pre-sales team to meet sales targets, increase customer coverage, and expand the product portfolio. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and develop a sales team to achieve monthly targets 2. Increase customer coverage and reduce inactivity 3. Conduct daily coaching and performance follow-up on the field The Pre-Sales Supervisor is responsible for achieving sales targets in their assigned territory through management, supervision, and development of the pre-sales team, ensuring proper execution at the point of sale. Their primary objective is to increase customer coverage, transaction volume, and product portfolio development, aligned with the company's commercial KPIs and strategies. Main Responsibilities: Lead and monitor the team to achieve the monthly budget (BDGT). Develop the universe of purchasing customers, reducing inactivity. Conduct coaching, field accompaniments, and daily performance follow-up. Design and monitor weekly route plans and work plans. Supervise commercial KPIs (coverage, active customers, transactions, and portfolio). Coordinate with internal departments such as Billing, Logistics, Control Desk, and Trade Marketing.
