Job Summary: We are seeking an Electrostatic Painter to perform chemical pre-treatment, powder coating application, curing oven operation, and equipment maintenance in furniture manufacturing. Chemical pre-treatment process for parts A company specializing in the manufacture of school and office furniture is looking for talent such as: **ELECTROSTATIC PAINTER** **Work Location:** San Pedro Atzompa, Tecámac, Méx. **Requirements:** * Must be over 18 years of age * Availability of time **Responsibilities:** * Chemical pre-treatment process: Understand initial stages including degreasing and phosphating of parts prior to painting. * Powder coating application: spray booth, automatic spray guns, powder recovery equipment. * Curing oven operation: knowledge of infrared ovens used to cure paint. * Paint line and conveyor operation: hang parts on the paint line (hooks, racks) securely to prevent falling and ensure proper grounding for electrostatic application; unload parts and arrange them correctly for storage and protection. * Painting equipment maintenance: routine and deep cleaning, and proper care of equipment — replace booth filters per schedule, clean spray guns and nozzles daily and monthly. **Compensation:** * Weekly payments * Overtime pay * Option for permanent employment contract * Productivity bonus **Schedules:** * Morning shift: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM; Saturday, 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM * Night shift: Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM to 07:00 AM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $11,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Relocation/Moving: * Tecámac, Méx.: Ability to commute to work without difficulty or plan relocation before starting employment (Desirable) Experience: * Micro-wire welding: 1 year (Mandatory) Workplace: On-site employment
