Ongoing training in consultative sales ADMISSIONS LEADER – DUAL PROGRAMS **Position Objective** ----------------------- Drive enrollment growth exclusively within the **Dual Programs** area by strategically promoting, selling, and placing complementary programs for active students, ensuring achievement of commercial targets and institutional KPIs. **Main Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Prospect potential customers for **Dual Programs** through electronic and physical channels. * Promote the virtual educational offerings corresponding to the **Dual Programs** area. * Conduct specialized telephone sales of complementary programs and generate referrals. * Identify and sell programs aligned with the student’s current degree program to strengthen their academic profile through **Dual Programs**. * Immediately report all Dual Programs sales to meet daily, weekly, and monthly objectives (KPIs). * Register information of students enrolled in **Dual Programs** in the CRM system to ensure proper delivery of Early Retention support. * Promote institutional services—such as skill certification and graduation processes—to Dual Programs students. **Candidate Profile** ----------------------- * Minimum 6 months of sales experience (preferably in education or intangible services), including handling objections and closing sales. * Completed high school diploma (university degree preferred). * Ability to negotiate, follow up, and close sales focused on complementary educational programs. * Organizational skills, effective communication, and results orientation. * Must be of legal age. **Compensation and Benefits** --------------------------------- * Gross monthly base salary: **($10,000.00 M.N. — TEN THOUSAND PESOS 00/100 NATIONAL CURRENCY)** * Attractive commission scheme based on achieving Dual Programs objectives. * Statutory benefits from day one (IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot). * 1% savings fund upon obtaining permanent employment status. * 10% food vouchers upon obtaining permanent employment status. **Institutional Benefits** ------------------------------ * 80% tuition scholarship for immediate family members (available after 6 months). * Food vouchers upon obtaining an indefinite-term contract. * 1% savings fund upon obtaining permanent employment status. * Internal career development plan within the Dual Programs area. * Ongoing specialized training in educational programs and consultative sales. **Working Hours** ---------------------- * Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM * Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM **Work Location** ---------------- * Tlalnepantla de Baz, State of Mexico. **Application** --------------- Apply now and join the **Dual Programs** team with job stability, commissions, and professional growth.
