Promotion of continuous improvement and achievement of performance indicators A national company providing comprehensive logistics and supply chain solutions invites you to join its team as: Quality Coordinator Requirements: Education: Chemical-Pharmaceutical-Biological Engineering / Bachelor's Degree in Chemical-Pharmaceutical-Biology, Engineering or related field (preferred) Knowledge: Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015, 14000, 45000, and R2 standards Responsibilities: Handling of non-conformities and corrective actions. Use of problem-solving tools (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, etc.). Risk management. Management of calibration activities and inventory of measurement tools. Supervising proper execution of processes. Ensuring safety of personnel and materials. Implementing quality alerts and deviation notifications. Implementing the company's QMS. Coordinating and conducting internal and external audits, as well as preventive and corrective actions arising from them. Promoting and reporting on achievement of process performance indicators across all company departments. Monitoring adherence to key QMS performance indicators. Maintaining up-to-date QMS documentation.
