Primary Responsibility Lead your station with precision, quality, and leadership, ensuring every service is delivered on time, in perfect condition, and meeting the standards that distinguish us. Responsibilities ° Full control of your station (mise en place, production, and plating). ° Supervision and support of cooks assigned to your area. ° Guarantee flavor, presentation, and consistency. ° Actively participate in events, banquets, and tournaments. ° Strict compliance with hygiene and food handling regulations. Profile ° Technical or professional degree in gastronomy. ° Minimum 2 years of experience as a sous chef or in a similar role. ° Solid knowledge of culinary techniques. ° Organization, discipline, and operational leadership. ° Team-oriented mindset and commitment to high service standards.
