Job Summary: A leading industrial sector company is seeking an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnose failures, and propose improvements for production equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment 2. Diagnosis and repair of electrical and mechanical failures 3. Failure analysis and improvement proposals to optimize reliability A prominent industrial sector company (a multinational group with presence across Latin America) is currently seeking an **Electromechanical Maintenance Technician in Tultitlán, State of Mexico**. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment. * Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical failures. * Carry out adjustments, calibrations, component replacements, and technical lubrication. * Analyze failures to identify root causes and reduce mean time to repair (MTTR). * Report recurring anomalies and propose improvements to optimize reliability. * Comply with industrial safety standards, Lockout-Tagout (LOTO), and Best Practice Manufacturing (BPM). * Record work orders and manage spare parts requisitions. * Support technical inventory management and activities related to Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and autonomous maintenance. **Requirements** * **Education:** Technical degree in Electromechanics, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Mechanics (Industrial Sector), or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 1\-2 years in industrial maintenance; experience in manufacturing industry preferred. * Knowledge of electricity, industrial mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics. * Proficiency with general mechanical tools. * Familiarity with TPM, LOTO, and BPM is desirable. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Apply by sending your CV or contact us for more information** asistente.rrhh\-epm@dreampackgroup.com asistente.rrhh2@dreampackgroup.com Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $12,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
