Job Summary The Emulsions Production Operator III is responsible for executing the Production Program following formulation and safety, quality, and safety guidelines * Must have safety knowledge (Use and care of PPE, interpretation of GHS, spill containment, emergency protocol, KPIs,) Preferred time in position: 2 years (Desirable) * Must live IFF's safety, quality, and sustainability culture (BPM, ILVT, NM Report, proper use and care of PPE, knowledge and interpretation of SIG policy, safe forklift handling, adherence to protocols for KPI achievement, knowledge and interpretation of ASTs and Environmental Risk Matrix) * Must demonstrate above-average knowledge areas or production processes (2 functional areas within their department plus 1 functional area in another department) * Must master at least 2 or 3 functional areas within their department, or exceed expectations in an advanced role (Mastery of all procedures applicable to their department) * Must demonstrate basic math and computer skills (Unit conversions, addition, subtraction, division, basic Excel usage, SAP usage according to each level) * Must demonstrate proficiency in SAP (COR6, LT10, LT01, ZLAB, LS24, ZFIS, MD04, QA13, CORS) * Must understand and significantly contribute to the safety, quality, and sustainability culture * Must be able to assist and/or substitute team leaders when necessary * Must demonstrate solid work performance and a desire to learn more * Must be capable of proposing and executing adjustments according to the production role and contribution to RCA Production Operator III We are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
