We are seeking a **TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER FOR CLINICAL LABORATORIES (IMSS)** Join our team. **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * Experience in clinical laboratories (PREFERRED) * Intermediate-to-advanced knowledge of SQL SERVER **(MANDATORY; IF YOU DO NOT MEET THIS REQUIREMENT, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY)** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support laboratory chemists in ensuring the proper functioning of IT infrastructure * Conduct inspection visits (to medical units in Mexico City) to verify system functionality and compliance with computer equipment usage policies (software) * Provide first-level support to specialized engineering teams, IT networks, and infrastructure * Install and configure hardware and software * Assist with preventive hardware maintenance planning * Configure and work with databases **Gross Salary: $14,000.00 (may vary based on skills and experience)** **Statutory benefits.** **If you meet the requirements, we look forward to receiving your CV.** Employment type: Full-time Work location: On-site employment Salary: $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Professional development support * Salary increases * Transportation assistance or service * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone Work location: On-site employment
