Position Summary: We are seeking an operational Import Analyst to coordinate, monitor, and execute foreign trade operations, ensuring compliance and proper document management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and monitoring of merchandise import operations 2. Negotiation with suppliers and customs agents 3. Management and validation of foreign trade documentation A leading company in its sector is seeking an **Import Analyst** with a **100% operational, monitoring, and execution-oriented** profile to ensure the smooth flow of foreign trade operations. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and monitor merchandise import operations * Negotiate rates and terms with suppliers and customs agents * Supervise compliance with customs clearance procedures * Validate and manage import documentation in accordance with current regulations * Prepare the land transportation Carta Porte supplement as required by SAT * Validate correct issuance of shipping documents: HBL, BL, Carta Porte, and COVES * Manage commercial documentation: USMCA (T-MEC), EUR1, among others * Monitor shipments closely (bookings, shipping instructions, BLs, etc.) * Review and clarify customs-related expenses * Ensure compliance with foreign trade laws and regulations **Required Profile:** * Solid experience in imports (minimum 3\-5 years) * Operational focus and strong execution capability * Up-to-date knowledge of customs regulations and SAT requirements * Experience handling foreign trade documentation * Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize urgent tasks Interested candidates should apply through this channel.
