Position Summary: We are seeking a Freight Forwarding Operations Coordinator to ensure the execution of international shipments with high service standards and regulatory compliance. We are looking for a **Freight Forwarding Operations Coordinator** with experience in international logistics and operational coordination, responsible for ensuring the accurate execution of import and export shipments while guaranteeing high service standards, operational compliance, and efficient customer support. *This position will be critical to* ***coordinating multimodal operations, ensuring documentary compliance, and monitoring strategic suppliers*** *to* ***guarantee operational continuity and efficiency.*** **Key Responsibilities:** * ***Operational Management:*** Coordinate and plan end-to-end logistics for import or export shipments, cargo consolidation, and door-to-door tracking. * ***Document Issuance Compliance:*** Ensure that international transport documents—such as Bills of Lading (BL), Air Waybills (AWB), Freight Bills, commercial invoices, certificates of origin, and customs documentation—are issued correctly. * ***Customer Service:*** Resolve complex incidents and maintain constant communication regarding shipment status. * ***Conflict Resolution:*** Manage delays, logistical conflicts, or customs issues both at origin and destination. * ***Compliance:*** Ensure all operations comply with local and international regulations. **Main Activities:** * ***24/7 Monitoring:*** Track shipments and update status for customers. * ***Documentation:*** Prepare and validate import/export documentation for air, ocean, and land shipments. * ***Reporting:*** Generate performance reports, monthly shipment counts per client, and freight profitability analysis. Requirements: * Completed bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, International Business, Customs, or related field. * Minimum of ***2 to 4 years of experience in freight forwarding operations***. * Knowledge of international import and export shipments. * Experience coordinating maritime, air, and/or land operations. * Familiarity with Incoterms, international documentation, and customs regulations. * Experience working with shipping lines, airlines, and freight forwarders. * Proficiency in ERP/TMS or logistics platforms. * ***Advanced English.*** * Intermediate Excel skills.
