Customer and carrier service A leading Mexican company in the importation and manufacturing of porcelain products is seeking a **Control Room Analyst**. **Join our team!** Your main objective will be to monitor and manage product deliveries according to established standards. **Responsibilities:** * Design and tracking of domestic and international logistics routes * Preparation of warehouse work orders for product preparation * Ensuring delivery to the customer according to established standards * Providing customer and carrier service through direct interaction * Scheduling of shipments * Management of cargo acknowledgments and documentation **Requirements:** * High school diploma or technical degree * Experience in logistics route planning * Knowledge of cargo volume calculation (preferred) * Experience in providing customer and carrier service **We Offer:** * Base monthly salary of **$16,000\.00** * Statutory benefits * Life and disability insurance * Annual bonus * School supplies support **Work Schedule:** Rotating shifts and Saturday coverage (every other Saturday) * 1st shift: Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00 hrs.; Sat, 08:30–13:30 * 2nd shift: Mon–Fri, 11:00–20:00 hrs.; Sat, 08:30–13:30 **Work Location:** Tlalnepantla de Baz, 5 minutes from Plaza Tlalne Fashion Mall.
