Diagnose and resolve incidents on Windows and/or macOS. Install, configure, and update operating systems and corporate software. Manage users, permissions, and access to corporate resources. Provide basic technological infrastructure support (networks, cabling, connectivity, access points, modems, etc.). Handle and track service tickets via ServiceNow or other service desk tools. Document incidents, resolutions, and technical procedures. Assist in device configuration according to corporate security policies. PROFILE Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Information Technology, Computer Systems, Computer Science, or related field. (Degree certificate and professional license are mandatory.) 2 years of experience in end-user technical support within corporate environments. Knowledge of Windows, basic networking, and support tools. Proficiency in Office 365. Technical English for understanding manuals and documentation (proficiency level will be validated during the hiring process).
