Position: **Software Engineer** Location: Mexico Work Model: Hybrid—based in Deintec’s offices in Azcapotzalco, CDMX, or Monterrey, NL. Fully remote for candidates residing outside these cities. Employment Type: Indefinite-term contract Working Hours: Monday to Friday Language Requirement: Advanced conversational English required (C1, C2, or native level). Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field. Experience: +2 years **Purpose of the position** Required to architect and develop digital applications from the ground up based on a set of business requirements, as part of a multi\-disciplinary technical team comprised of data scientists, software engineers and operations research experts. **Principal responsibilities** * Full stack development to create state of the art software applications * Deliver solutions to production systems by applying quality software principles * Collaborate with internal business partners to find new ideas and formulate creative technical solutions * Balance development of new solutions with replication and support of existing tools * Stay abreast of new technology developments and actively contribute ideas for new programs **Required critical behaviours** This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with a diverse team of technical experts to solve a variety of complex problems in a fun and dynamic environment. The full stack Software Engineer will be a member of the Digital Americas organization. Digital Americas is a multi\-disciplinary technical team comprised of data scientists, software engineers and operations research experts. The team serves Linde business units and is tasked with creating analytics and decision support systems that deliver solutions for challenging problems across operations, supply chain and business process. The candidate will work closely with our engineers and data scientists to enable stakeholders to seamlessly use our technology. The candidate must possess the ability to architect and develop the appropriate solution from the ground up based on a set of business requirements **Required key skills** **MANDATORY** * Full stack development to create state of the art software applications * Deliver solutions to production systems by applying quality software principles * Collaborate with internal business partners to find new ideas and formulate creative technical solutions * Balance development of new solutions with replication and support of existing tools * Stay abreast of new technology developments and actively * contribute ideas for new programs * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering * Strong software development skills with focus on user experience * Knowledge of C\# or Node.js or Python with solid engineering practices * Expertise in relational databases and SQL programming * Experience with Angular, or React, or Vue * Willingness to learn new technologies * Effective communication skills * Conversant in English * Ability to travel up to 25% (domestic and international) **PREFERRED** * 2 to 5 years of relevant experience * Knowledge of C\#, ASP.Net MVC * Knowledge of JavaScript and HTML5 * Advanced degree in Computer Science or Engineering * Experience with Azure/AWS or other cloud computing platforms * Experience working in an agile environment **We Offer:** \- Competitive salary based on experience \- Benefits exceeding statutory requirements (e.g., savings fund, credit union, SGMM, food vouchers, etc.) \- Professional growth opportunities. \- Direct contract with our client.
