We are seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst to manage the full payroll cycle for a team of **500 employees**. You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in weekly and biweekly payroll processing, as well as administering personnel transactions using world-class tools such as SAP and SuccessFactors. **What You’ll Do With Us:** * **Payroll Processing:** Validation and execution of weekly and biweekly payroll for 500 employees. * **Incident Management:** Full administration of hires, terminations, and salary adjustments in **SAP and SuccessFactors (SSFF)**. * **Reconciliation:** Detailed review of earnings, deductions, taxes, and social security contributions. * **Compliance:** Responding to and preparing documentation for internal and external payroll audits. * **Communication:** Coordination with operational departments to ensure accurate payment disbursement. **What We’re Looking For (Requirements):** * **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum **3 years** managing mass payroll processes (preferably in Consulting, Manufacturing, or Food industries). * **Software:** Proficiency in **SAP and SuccessFactors** is mandatory. * **Knowledge:** Solid understanding of tax laws, IMSS, and Infonavit regulations as applied to payroll. * **Stability:** Stable employment history (minimum 1 year in previous roles). **Key Competencies** * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. * Results-oriented mindset and professional ethics. **We Offer** * Competitive salary of $24,000 \- $25,000 MXN monthly. * Statutory benefits. * Opportunity for professional development in a dynamic and professional environment. * 100% formal employment contract.
