




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to structure, analyze, and negotiate real estate trusts, providing legal advisory services for the operation of shopping centers. We are leaders nationwide in the design, development, construction, marketing, and management of shopping centers and plazas: Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Law, Jurisprudence, or related field; degree must be conferred. * Professional license (Cédula Profesional). * Demonstrable experience in real estate trusts. * Knowledge of commercial leasing and shopping center operations. * Experience with trust companies, developers, or real estate funds (desirable). * Intermediate English proficiency (desirable). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Job Responsibilities: * Structure, analyze, review, and negotiate real estate trusts, including administration, guarantee, development, and operation schemes for shopping centers. * Coordinate proper implementation and formalization of trusts, ensuring compliance with applicable contractual and regulatory terms. * Monitor contractual obligations arising from trusts on a timely basis, including financial flows, distributions, and fulfillment of established conditions. * Provide legal advisory services for acquisition, development, leasing, and operation of commercial real estate assets, particularly shopping centers. * Draft, review, and negotiate commercial lease agreements, amendment agreements, and other legal instruments related to the operation of commercial plazas. * Support the incorporation, structuring, and corporate maintenance of entities associated with real estate projects. * Ensure compliance with applicable regulations in real estate, corporate, and, where applicable, financial matters. * Participate in legal *due diligence* processes for the acquisition, disposition, or financing of commercial assets. * Identify legal risks associated with operations and propose effective mitigation strategies. * Maintain up-to-date and well-organized corporate legal documentation.
