Job Summary: This position involves equipment operation and maintenance, material loading and unloading, and collaboration on construction site tasks in accordance with safety standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Daily equipment operation and maintenance 2. Blueprint interpretation and collaborative work 3. Emergency response and safety management Daily equipment inspection: Check equipment condition prior to use. Material loading and unloading: Perform loading and unloading of materials onto trucks or designated areas. Basic maintenance: Carry out equipment maintenance according to safety and preventive maintenance standards. Blueprint or instruction interpretation: Interpret blueprints or verbal instructions to execute assigned tasks. Collaboration with other operators: Work closely with other operators, supervisors, and construction personnel. Weather conditions: Handle emergencies or equipment failures under varying weather conditions.
