**Route Coordinator** **Packsys** is a Mexican company with over 20 years of experience in distributing packaging, packaging materials, and industrial supplies. **What are we looking for?** An organized individual with leadership skills, responsible for ensuring adherence to scheduled routes, supervising operators, and maintaining constant communication between the warehouse and support departments, aiming to prevent delivery delays or incidents. **We offer:** * **Salary:** **$16,000\.00 Gross** * **Statutory benefits:** Social security, vacation time, year-end bonus, vacation premium. * **Additional benefits:** Life insurance, medical expense insurance, accident insurance. **Responsibilities:** * Enforce regulations with operators. * Ensure vehicles depart on time. * Coordinate check\-lists upon vehicle departure and return. * Manage inventory of uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE). * Report route-related incidents. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Proficiency in Excel (reporting). * Willingness to travel to other locations. * Experience managing personnel. **Location:** **CAT** Querétaro–Mexico Highway 27, La Luz, Cuautitlán Izcalli, Méx 54605, Méx , Méx **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: Starting at $16,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Medical expense insurance * Vision insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance Workplace: On-site employment
