**About the Position:** As a Movistar Sales Promoter, you will be the primary point of contact with our customers, offering mobile phone solutions and delivering an exceptional shopping experience. Your role will be essential in driving sales, managing top-ups and number portability processes, and ensuring the satisfaction of every customer who visits our store.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Sales Promotion:** Actively sell rate plans, mobile devices, and accessories, as well as manage top-ups and number portability procedures, ensuring achievement of targets.
* **Customer Service:** Approach customers proactively and courteously, understanding their needs and providing personalized advice to find the Movistar product or service that best fits their requirements.
* **Store Management:** Maintain an organized and attractive workspace, ensuring proper product display and availability of informational materials.
* **Continuous Training:** Actively participate in virtual training programs designed to strengthen your knowledge of Movistar products, services, and sales strategies. These sessions will take place at a specific time from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
* **Goal Achievement:** Work diligently to meet and exceed established sales goals, contributing to the growth and success of the branch.
