Collaborate closely with product engineers to ensure that product features are manufactured to specifications. As part of the Process Engineering/Product Development (IE/NPD) department of a leading company, innovation and the continuous pursuit of excellence are essential on a daily basis. Responsible for delivering assigned project activities on time, working closely with the NPD/NPI team, where identifying and reporting obstacles before mass production is a key responsibility. Actively participate in the development and maintenance of FMEAs to ensure that the countermeasures implemented for risks are properly documented on vehicle assembly lines. Help create a culture of continuous improvement by using lean manufacturing principles and our BRPMS tools. Ensure collaboration between different departments by leading, developing, and training colleagues to optimize safety, quality, productivity, and costs in a dynamic environment. Manage the budget carefully, always seeking multiple options to guarantee a quality product at the best price and with the best delivery time.
