Job stability At **Gree Airconditioning Mexico**, we are looking for a **Post-Sales Technical Training Engineer – HVAC** responsible for designing, implementing, and executing the technical training system for our air conditioning products, strengthening the competencies of technicians, installers, and service partners, and elevating the brand’s service level. **Job Objective** Design and execute standardized technical training programs for the HVAC after-sales area, reducing installation and repair risks, improving service quality and customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities:** * Deliver technical training to after-sales technicians, installers, and authorized suppliers. * Explain product structure, operating principles, installation standards, commissioning, maintenance, and repair procedures. * Organize in-person, on-site, and online training sessions. * Develop and update technical materials: presentations, manuals, guides, and videos. * Create and maintain a technical knowledge base and case repository. * Analyze recurring failures and document representative technical cases. * Support diagnosis of complex failures and determination of responsibilities. * Define evaluation criteria, technical certification standards, and follow-up procedures. * Evaluate training effectiveness and propose improvements. * Train on new products, models, and after-sales policies. * Coordinate with Product, Quality, After-Sales, and Operations departments. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or completed engineering program in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, HVAC, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in the **HVAC** industry. **1 to 3 years of experience in the following areas:** * Installation, commissioning, or after-sales maintenance of equipment. * Technical support or after-sales engineering. * Technical or product training. * Solid knowledge of refrigeration, installation processes, vacuuming, refrigerant charging, and failure analysis. * Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Experience delivering in-person and on-site training. * English technical documentation reading skills preferred. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Willingness to travel occasionally. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Job stability. * Professional development within an internationally leading company. * Continuous training and technical growth.
