Responsibilities and Activities * Contribute to the **enhancement of academic quality** in educational programs. * **Enhance students’ academic and professional development**. * Guide, motivate, and **challenge students’ critical thinking**. * Participate in the **implementation and monitoring of academic activities**. * Deliver academic outputs requested by coordination **on time and as required**. * Maintain **adherence to institutional values and organizational objectives**. Requirements * **Completed bachelor’s degree with official diploma and professional license** (aviation license not required). * **Minimum of 3 years’ teaching experience**. * Active participation and professional experience in the **aviation-related field**. * Proficiency in **educational platforms and digital tools** (Teams, Blackboard, or similar).
