




**POSITION OBJECTIVE** Achieve sales targets for your portfolio by visiting and offering products to professional customers (construction and maintenance) outside the store, developing assigned customer accounts and prospecting new clients. **POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES** – Monitor customer performance indicators: sales, product mix, on-time deliveries, and purchase frequency. – Prepare the quarterly master plan aiming to cover 100% of the portfolio during the month (contact and sale). – Plan weekly schedules to ensure compliance with the master plan. – Conduct off-site customer visits and review weekly the progress and status of their current and future projects. – Offer and sell THD products according to active customer portfolio projects. – Negotiate the best selling prices for PRO customers. – Prospect new PRO customers. – Generate and expand credit lines and accounts. – Advise customers through product knowledge and communication of new products, promotions, and available additional services (sales terms, credit, special orders, delivery times and conditions, direct supplier deliveries, etc.). – Manage the CRM system to update customer information and support daily operations (calendar, prospect registration, representative profile review, variable compensation, etc.). – Use available systems for managing and tracking PRO Sales processes: sales invoices, creation and follow-up of special orders, portfolio maintenance, Commercial Agreement Requests (SCCs), Sales Price Requests (SPVs), among others. – Maintain customers' credit portfolio in good standing according to established metrics. – Collaborate and support related departments in serving customers to improve efficiency in merchandise delivery at the store or on-site. – Provide feedback to the Management Team regarding products and services needed to meet professional customer requirements. – Keep the assigned vehicle in good condition and clean. **WORKING CONDITIONS:** This position requires: regularly walking significant distances, quickly and efficiently identifying and solving problems, maintaining effective concentration and high performance under pressure, possessing excellent oral and written communication skills. **REQUIREMENTS:** Legal age (18 years \+) Gender indifferent High school diploma – Availability to work weekends (up to Saturday). – Valid driver's license. – Ability to drive standard vehicles (if applicable). **EXPERIENCE IN:** – Customer service – Sales administration – Negotiation skills – Market and/or product knowledge – Basic Microsoft Office suite proficiency Job type: Full-time Experience: * Sales: 1 year (Desirable) Work location: On-site employment
