Job stability **At Crece Veracruz Financial Services, we are seeking:** -------------------------------------------------- **Position: Monitoring Specialist** ------------------------ **Job Objective:** To supervise and monitor field operations in real time using tracking platforms, ensuring compliance with assigned routes, schedules, and company-established guidelines. ### **Responsibilities:** **Monitoring and Control** * Monitor vehicles in real time via GPS platform. * Verify adherence to assigned routes and schedules. * Detect deviations, unauthorized stops, or incidents. **Operational Control** * Record transit times and routes traveled. * Prepare daily activity and movement reports. * Confirm that vehicles operate as scheduled. * Maintain incident and relevant event logs. **Follow-up and Quality Assurance** * Conduct verification calls to field personnel. * Confirm location and operational status. * Support internal audits. **Administrative Duties** * Enter and update information in the system. * Safeguard reports and supporting evidence. * Assist in tracking commissions or productivity (as applicable per company policy). * ️ **Prevention** * Alert supervisors or management of any anomalies. * Follow up on security protocols. ### **Requirements:** * Minimum education: Completed or incomplete high school diploma / bachelor's degree. * Experience in GPS monitoring (preferred). * Basic Excel proficiency. * Attention to detail and analytical ability. * Flexible schedule availability. * Responsible and organized. * Ability to drive a standard vehicle. * Availability of time. ### **We Offer:** * Job stability. * Excellent work environment. * Growth opportunities. * Weekly salary. * Work tools. * Statutory benefits.
