No matter who you are, where you come from, or who you love, you can always influence those around you and create a positive impact on the world. **Learn more:****PepsiCoJobs****Join PepsiCo, dare to transform.** Responsibilities: **The Opportunity** **Location:** Tehuacán – Puebla **Work Mode:** On-site **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday from 6:00 AM to 5:30 PM (includes breakfast and lunch breaks) **Your Impact** As a Sales Assoc District Leader, your responsibilities would include:* **Supervising and accompanying** sales representatives during daily routes, providing feedback and on-the-field support. * Encouraging **proactivity, creativity, and analytical thinking** in sales processes and customer service. * Monitoring **route arrivals and departures**, verifying compliance with safety protocols and **validating inventory and units**. * Reviewing **previous day's sales visibility**, preparing reports, and tracking **performance KPIs**. * Conducting **on-site market visits**, identifying improvement opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring proper commercial execution. * Coordinating **sales review and closing** at the end of each shift, resolving issues, and ensuring daily goals are met. * Promoting **effective negotiation** and **excellence in customer service** within the team. * Identifying and reporting **operational or commercial needs** for continuous improvement in the sales process. * Maintaining **constant communication** with sales, logistics, and administrative teams to ensure process alignment. Qualifications: **Who Are We Looking For?*** Completed bachelor's degree * 1 year of sales experience * Passion for sales **Knowledge:** * Commercial indicators (KPIs). * Inventory management and route control. * Negotiation and customer service techniques. * Performance reporting and data analysis (Intermediate Excel). **Competencies:** * Leadership and teamwork. * Analytical skills and decision-making ability. * Results orientation. * Effective communication. * Proactivity and focus on continuous improvement.
