We are currently seeking a Project Architect to join our team. **JOB OBJECTIVE** Preparation of Executive Projects and architectural drawings for a HOSPITAL project with a duration of 1 Year (Hiring would be for this period). **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** 1) Preparation of **Executive Projects**, in accordance with the terms of reference and instructions provided by the immediate supervisor. 2) Creation of necessary renders for each project. 3) Submission of renders to the immediate supervisor for final approval. 4) Efficient internal communication to expedite project progress. 5) Monitoring of project schedule and pending tasks. 6) Periodic site visits (occasionally). 7) Generation of drawings from 3D modeling, construction details, tracking of on-site changes and project adjustments. 8) Quotation and procurement of materials required for construction (occasionally). 9) Preparation of material and finish quantity take-offs (Site Generators). 10) Interpretation of drawings and/or plans. 11) Performance of any additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor to achieve departmental objectives. **MANDATORY KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED FOR HIRING** 1) Architectural Knowledge: In-depth understanding of architectural design principles, materials, fabrication techniques, and related technologies. 2) Effective Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members. 3) Problem Solving: Ability to identify challenges, develop creative solutions, and take initiative. 4) Time Management: Capacity to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously without compromising quality. 5) Technology and Software: Familiarity with architectural design software including Office Suite, Adobe Suite (Photoshop–Illustrator–InDesign), SketchUp, and Autodesk Suite (AutoCAD–Basic Revit–Point Cloud Handling in Recap [for reference]). **WORK HOURS** Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM; Saturdays, 9 AM to 1 PM. **STATUTORY BENEFITS** * IMSS * Christmas Bonus (Aguinaldo) * Profit Sharing * Vacation Bonus * FONACOT Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $16,000.00 – $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Option for indefinite-term contract Application Question(s): * Have you participated in construction projects ranging from 5,000 to 20,000 m²?
