Executes assigned tasks accurately and professionally per direction from supervisor, ensuring staff attendance tracking, proper preparation of requisitions and purchase orders, and timely management of materials, spare parts, and utilities. Provides administrative and operational support to the team, maintaining efficient communication with other hotel departments to ensure adherence to resort quality, service, and operational standards aligned with Four Seasons policies and guidelines. **What You’ll Do in This Role:** * Manage departmental administration, including requisitions and purchase orders in BirchStreet, attendance tracking in AbrhilSoft, and daily logbook and report updates. * Track work orders in HotSOS and respond to material and spare parts requests, prioritizing those impacting operations and guest experience. * Manage vendor relationships, handling quotations, material receipt/issuance, and promptly reporting delays or changes. * Ensure compliance with standards and procedures (Four Seasons, safety, master keys, Workday, lost & found, contingencies, training). * Provide operational support and professional service by responding to interdepartmental requests, participating in briefings, and consistently focusing on guest service excellence. **What You’ll Need for This Role:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably within maintenance or engineering departments. * Demonstrable experience preparing requisitions and purchase orders, managing quotation processes, and handling material receipt and issuance. * Proven ability to track requests, resolve requirements, and manage equipment\- and material\-related situations. * Proficiency with computer tools and management systems (BirchStreet, AbrhilSoft, HotSOS, Workday). * Attention to detail, organizational skills, service orientation, and problem\-solving ability. \*This position requires applicants to hold valid work authorization in Mexico and fluency in Spanish is essential\*. **What We Offer:** * Compensation: Highly competitive salaries, as well as an annual incentive plan for managerial and/or Department Head positions. * Transportation: Shuttle service from San Lucas and San José del Cabo to the resort. * Uniforms: Uniform laundering for employees. * Training and Development: Internal training workshops for line and/or managerial staff. * Recognition: Employee service awards, as well as Employee of the Month and Employee of the Year awards. **Service Culture** Four Seasons consistently ranks among the world’s finest hotels and most prestigious brands in reader surveys, traveler reviews, and industry awards.
