* Monitor customers and suspicious activities to deter theft. * Temporarily detain shoplifting suspects (for a minimal time) until police arrive. * Respond to alarms and other emergencies (fires, medical issues). * Assist customers with directions and general assistance to create a welcoming environment. * Manage crowds at entry points or busy areas. * Inspect and record the entry/exit of goods and external personnel. * Conduct periodic patrols throughout the store, including fitting rooms, storage areas, etc. * Manage the entry and exit of people and goods. * Maintain a safe, orderly environment and protect store property.
