Job Summary: We are seeking a manufacturing auditor with experience in denim garments and Colombian fashion to ensure quality and propose corrective actions. Key Highlights: 1. Requirements: Manufacturing auditing experience, with knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control (measurements, tolerances, seam inspection, stitching, and finishing). Identification of aesthetic and functional defects in garments. Knowledge of sewing machines: straight stitch, overlock, collar attachment, waistband attachment; ability to interpret technical sheets and design specifications; sample handling, pattern making, and sizing. Ability to propose corrective actions; clear and assertive communication with sewers, pattern makers, and supervisors. Knowledge of denim and Colombian fashion. Results-oriented, proactive, adaptable, assertive communicator, strong work ethics. Problem-solving ability, objective and constructive attitude when identifying errors.
