The selected candidate will supervise and coordinate truck maintenance and repair operations, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. A profile with extensive experience in diesel mechanics is required, including the ability to lead a team of technicians and supervise preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance. The candidate must possess skills to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, and have advanced knowledge of diesel engine and transmission system maintenance. The Workshop Manager is expected to develop maintenance plans, visit customers, and formulate maintenance proposals for customer fleets. Additionally, they must maintain detailed records of work performed and supervise the training and development of subordinate technicians. This is an on-site position requiring daily presence at the workshop to supervise operations and ensure proper execution of assigned tasks.
