Headquartered in Southfield, Michigan, USA, Auria operates 16 manufacturing plants, 9 technical centers, and 5 joint venture locations across 10 countries, employing approximately 3,900 people worldwide. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Experience with Just-in-Time (JIT) sequencing systems (2\-3 years) * Proficiency in virtualization technologies (VMware, Verge.IO, Hyper\-V) * Active Directory management * Hardware administration and configuration platform management * Operating system installation and configuration * Network maintenance * User profile creation * Security system installation and configuration * SQL database administration and maintenance * Employee or customer assistance and training * Preventive and corrective maintenance of Zebra label printers * CCTV installation, configuration, and troubleshooting * Diagnosis and resolution of production line failures * Hardware and software inventory * Equipment assignment to end users and production lines * Equipment preparation and replacement * Office 365 suite management * Preventive and corrective maintenance of computing equipment * Data backups **KNOWLEDGE IN*** + Windows, Linux or Unix operating systems + Fundamentals of servers, switches, and UPS. + Hardware and software. + Operating system installation and configuration. + Network cabling. + Maintenance of laser and thermal printers. + Fundamentals of CCTV. + Hardware and software inventory. + Cybersecurity. + Preventive and corrective maintenance of computing equipment. + Data backups. + Office 365 suite + Fundamentals of programming + Databases + On-site or remote end-user support. **SKILLS AND OTHER*** Effective communication * Service-oriented attitude * Sense of urgency and accountability * Basic or intermediate English **WE OFFER:*** Competitive salary. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Professional development * Healthy work environment
