Job Summary: HEINEKEN México is seeking Drivers, Delivery Assistants, and Substitute Delivery Assistants to ensure order delivery and provide support to the team, thereby influencing customer service. Heineken México invites you to join one of the world’s leading brewing companies! · Join the Heineken México team—we’re looking for your talent for the following positions: -Delivery Driver · -Delivery Assistant -Substitute Delivery Assistant. · Mission: · Ensure departure on delivery routes so orders arrive on time and meet established quality standards. · Work in coordination with the delivery team to satisfactorily fulfill sales-agreed commitments and provide necessary support as a facilitator to the work team. Your role directly impacts customer service fulfillment.Experience: · -Perform required start-of-day activities to guarantee a safe market departure (truck inspection and order verification). · -Execute product delivery agreements made by pre-sales (per the order ticket) in the presence of the visited customer and at the designated location. · -Select and collect returnable packaging from each customer. · -Ensure collection from the customer according to the amount shown on the order and guarantee compliance with established conditions to proceed with order delivery. · -Perform daily settlement of products and cash by submitting documents and reviewing them with the Delivery Coordinator to ensure no discrepancies exist and to complete all related duties.Requisites: · Valid driver’s license · Experience in the field · Experience driving trucks of at least 8 tons (MANDATORY, NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENT) · Proper documentation. · Reside near the distribution center (cedis)Skills and Competencies: · Customer orientation. · Teamwork. · Communication. · Proactivity.We Offer: · Competitive salary. · Statutory benefits · Benefits exceeding statutory requirements · Career growth.IMPORTANT: At HEINEKEN México, all our recruitment and selection processes are free of charge.
