




Position Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting to perform bank reconciliations, review and verify documentation for travel allowances and advances, and examine accounting entries from the Logistics Department. Key Responsibilities: 1. Receives and verifies documentation for travel allowances and advances. 2. Performs bank reconciliations and reconciliations of operations with collaborators. 3. Reviews accounting entries generated by the Logistics Department. ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Responsibilities: Receive documentation supporting travel allowances/advances and verify that it contains sufficient evidence, is legible, and unaltered. Perform bank reconciliations for processes related to the Operations and Logistics Departments. Review evidence of administrative staff expense reports to ensure they reconcile with the advance amount. Reconcile banking transactions related to employee loans, travel allowances, supplier payments, and interbank transfers. Review accounting entries generated by the Logistics Department and verify their accuracy.
