Tehuacán, Puebla **Job ID** 134188 **Job Category** Operations **Job Level** Supervisor **Position Type** Full\-Time **Job Description:** Lead and improve the planning and execution process of the maintenance program for plant assets and infrastructure, aiming to eliminate unplanned shutdowns, maintain infrastructure, and optimize maintenance costs to continuously improve performance and profitability. **Requirements:** * Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics, Electromechanical or Electrical Engineering degree. * Minimum 2 years of experience. * Knowledge in electricity, civil engineering, plumbing, and other technical areas relevant to management; experience with SAP maintenance systems, finance, industrial preventive maintenance, metrology, BPM, TPM 5s\+1, TPM Lean Manufacturing, ISO 22000, ISO 14001\. * Skills: Operational proficiency, decision-making, leadership, and people development. * Basic English. **Company Description:** We invite you to join Grupo Peñafiel, a company of Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP).
