Each space is designed to offer the comfort of a home with the services of a boutique hotel, delivering an unforgettable experience to our guests. **Position Objective:** Provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department, ensuring proper management of recruitment, training, personnel administration, and workplace climate processes, thereby contributing to the fulfillment of organizational policies and objectives. **Your Responsibilities:** * **Recruitment and Selection**: posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and tracking candidates. * Manage **onboarding documentation** and employee files, ensuring they are complete and up to date. * Support the **preparation of employment contracts**, and processing hires/terminations in internal systems. * Participate in the **organization of training sessions**, onboarding programs, and team integration activities. * Prepare basic HR reports on staffing, incidents, vacations, and turnover. * Support **payroll processes** (recording incidents, validating hours worked, leaves of absence, and absences). * Follow up on **internal employee requests**, maintaining courteous and effective communication. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and current labor regulations. **What We’re Looking For:** * **Education:** Internship status or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field. * **Experience:** 1–2 years in administrative or human resources roles. * **Knowledge:** * Microsoft Office suite (Intermediate Excel preferred). * Basic recruitment and selection processes. **MUST HAVE A PASSION FOR RECRUITING.** * Fundamental labor legislation. **Skills and Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Clear communication and courteous interpersonal skills. * Proactivity and willingness to learn. * Handling of confidential information. **What We Offer** * **Work Schedule:** On-site, Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 18:00; early Friday departure at 14:00. * **Location:** Roma Norte * **Contract Type:** 3-month probationary period, followed by indefinite-term contract. * **Benefits:** Statutory benefits and training opportunities.
