You will be one of the Cooperative's primary public faces, supporting our members during key moments such as enrollment, savings, credit applications, or financial transactions. · Key Responsibilities: Provide member and customer service and guidance regarding our financial products and services. Conduct promotional activities both at the branch and in the field to attract new members and strengthen the Cooperative's presence. Support membership enrollment processes, file compilation, and member information updates. Participate in pre-analysis and validation activities for credit processes. Perform teller operations including deposits, withdrawals, payments, remittances, and other financial services. Accurately record all transactions in the system and ensure prompt, reliable service. Support achievement of the branch’s commercial and service goals. What we seek in you: Education: High school diploma Ability to work both in-office and in field activities Experience in financial product placement Residence in Orizaba or neighboring municipality Standard motorcycle operation (Desirable) We Offer: Biweekly net salary: $5,800 Monthly food vouchers.
