Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for the field collection department, with negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset for account recovery. Key Highlights: 1. Local city knowledge and results-oriented approach FINANCIERA INDEPENDENCIA IS SEEKING PERSONNEL FOR THE COLLECTION DEPARTMENT. Responsibilities: * Field collections * Customer negotiation * Generation and follow-up on payment commitments Requirements: * Completed high school diploma (preferred). * Must own a motorcycle (mandatory) / Valid driver's license (mandatory). * Experience in early-stage or written-off account recovery (preferred but not mandatory). * Familiarity with the city / Results-oriented. * Minimum salary expectation of $25,000 MXN per month. We Offer: * Bi-weekly base salary * Guaranteed productivity bonus of $3,000 MXN for the first 6 months (in addition to commissions). * Monthly training bonus of $1,200 MXN (for the first 2 months). * Excellent uncapped commission structure (details provided during interview; monthly income exceeding $25,000 MXN is contingent upon performance). * Weekly gasoline allowance * IMSS coverage (100% contribution from day one).
