Encourage members to use multi-service kiosks and ATMs at the branch. (digital services) 2. Assist members and route them appropriately based on the transaction they wish to perform, using the various service channels available at the branch. 3. Provide members with information and guidance regarding the use and operation of multi-service kiosks and ATMs at the branch. 4. Monitor the proper functioning of electronic banking channels at the branch. 5. Implement established promotional campaigns to enhance visibility and usage of electronic banking channels at the branch.
