Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for recovering delinquent and overdue portfolios who will contribute to the success of our institution. Key Highlights: 1. Provision of Personal Protective Equipment Opportunity at Caja Popular Mexicana: We are looking for a person for an on-site role who will contribute to the success of our institution. Responsibilities: 1. Conduct home visits and support telephone outreach to members, co-signers, and guarantors to manage overdue payments with the Institution, in accordance with applicable portfolio policies. 2. Generate and deliver notices to members, joint debtors, and/or co-signers inviting them to settle their loan’s overdue payments. 3. Advise members, joint debtors, and/or co-signers on available payment alternatives and agreements as options to settle their loan’s overdue payments. 4. Follow up on commitments and payment agreements reached with members, joint debtors, and/or co-signers. 5. Implement strategies, campaigns, and recovery plans for the assigned portfolio. 7. Record results of each collection activity in the Institutional mobile management system.
