Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant to maintain the proper appearance and operation of the plant and units by performing general, preventive, and corrective maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in general maintenance, machinery and tools, electromechanics. 2. Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance, and L.P. gas. 3. Skills in communication, proactivity, and conflict resolution. At Supergas de México, we are seeking a Maintenance Assistant: We seek: * Completed high school diploma (mandatory) * Three to five years of experience in general maintenance, preferably in soft drink or gas companies * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Knowledge of general maintenance, machinery and tools, electromechanics, preventive and corrective maintenance; knowledge of L.P. gas * Skills and attitudes: Strong communication, proactivity, conflict resolution, conflict management, service orientation and customer attention, negotiation, planning and organization, teamwork. Job Objective: Maintain the proper appearance and operation of the plant and units. * General maintenance of facilities and units * Implement preventive maintenance schedules for facilities and units * Conduct necessary inspections and repairs on units (non-mechanical) * Complete logbooks and reports Employment Type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: $11,000.00 - $13,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
