We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer who will be responsible for planning, designing, optimizing, and driving continuous improvement of manufacturing processes to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production of automotive interior components, guaranteeing compliance with quality standards, cost targets, and delivery timelines. **RESPONSIBILITIES*** Project management: Participate in new product launches, from design phase through process validation (APQP, PPAP, etc.) * Process design and improvement: Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for interior parts, considering financial impact, ergonomics, efficiency, and quality, including cost reduction projects. * Implementation of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma: Apply methodologies to reduce waste, improve quality, and increase efficiency, impacting key performance indicators such as OEE, scrap, cycle time, and line efficiency. * Selection of tools and equipment: Evaluate and select appropriate machinery for processes such as injection molding, thermoforming, assembly, and coating. * Quality and Environmental Compliance: Ensure products meet technical specifications and automotive industry standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001) and reduce environmental impact by consistently selecting materials and machinery with minimal or zero environmental footprint. * Failure analysis and problem resolution: Identify root causes of defects or line stoppages and propose effective solutions. * Personnel training: Train operators and technicians on manufacturing procedures and equipment usage during product launches. **REQUIREMENTS*** Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field. * Basic knowledge of Materials Engineering (rubbers, EVA, vinyl, etc.) * 3 to 5 years of experience in automotive manufacturing, preferably in interiors. * Core tools. * IATF, ISOs * CAD/CAM software * Lean manufacturing, six sigma, green belt. * Intermediate English proficiency * ERP system experience (BOM, Purchase Orders, Budgets) * OEM portal experience **SKILLS:*** Problem solving, decision making, analytical * Effective communication * Leadership and teamwork **WE OFFER*** Competitive salary * Benefits exceeding legal requirements * Continuous training and professional development * Healthy work environment
