Supports strategic projects and administrative tasks within the executive office. **Position Objective:** Optimize the General Director’s time and resources through efficient management of their schedule, communications, transportation logistics, and support in strategic projects, ensuring complete confidentiality and operational fluidity. **Candidate Profile** **Academic Background**: Incomplete Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Public Relations, Communications, or related field. **Experience**: Minimum 3 to 5 years in similar executive assistant roles. **Driving**: Valid driver’s license, impeccable driving record, and knowledge of urban routes/road safety protocols. Willingness to travel. **Technical Competencies** · Expert proficiency in Office 365 suite (Outlook calendar management) · Personal purchases. · Expense invoicing and flight bookings. · Vehicle Operation: Ability to operate both automatic and standard vehicles; basic knowledge of preventive maintenance. **Behavioral Competencies** · Discretion and Confidentiality: Ethical handling of sensitive information. · Resilience and Crisis Management: Ability to remain calm and resolve unforeseen issues under pressure. · Organization and Prioritization: Capacity to rigorously manage multiple simultaneous tasks. · Assertive Communication: Effective interaction with executives and colleagues. **5. Coordinate national and international travel (flight bookings, hotel reservations, itineraries). 3. Handle the Director’s personal errands. B. Administrative Support: 4. Expense tracking, reimbursements, and invoicing for the executive office. C. Mobility and Transportation (Executive Driver Role): 5. Safely transport the General Director to meetings, events, or airports. 6. Ensure the vehicle is always in optimal condition (cleanliness, fuel, mechanical services). 7. Plan efficient routes to guarantee punctuality in the daily schedule.
