(Intern or graduate)** * Strong administrative and arithmetic skills, along with ability to manage budgets for various contracts and projects. * Proficiency in PC usage. * Experience in elevator maintenance. Main Responsibilities: * Experience in elevator and corporate building maintenance. * Knowledge: Management of contractors and suppliers. * Project and budget management. * Design and execution of the annual preventive and corrective maintenance plan for elevators, facilities, services, and equipment. * **Knowledge of various elevator systems.** * Monitoring the operational status of critical systems: air conditioning, elevators, electrical installations, hydraulic systems, sanitary systems, plumbing, etc. We Offer: * Salary: $23,000 gross monthly (taxes deducted). * Statutory benefits. * Direct employment contract with the company (payroll scheme, 100% social security contribution).
