Position Summary: Responsible for delivering preventive and corrective technical support, administering systems such as SAP Business One, and supporting technological improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive technical support for users and computer equipment. 2. Administration and monitoring of wired and wireless networks. 3. Support in SAP B1 management and technological asset control. **Position Objective:** Deliver preventive and corrective technical support for company equipment, networks, and systems; support the administration of SAP Business One, databases, and shared folders; and assist the Systems Manager in implementing technological improvements to enhance operational productivity across all departments. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide first- and second-level technical support to users (hardware, software, printers, connectivity). * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, UPS units, peripherals, and network equipment. * Administer and monitor wired and wireless networks (switches, routers, access points). * Manage and update shared folder structures and user/department-based access permissions. * Support execution of queries and reports in SAP B1 under the Systems Manager’s instructions. * Execute data backups according to established procedures and verify their integrity. * Create, deactivate, and modify user accounts in SAP B1, email, and company systems. * Support technical testing (Office and SAP) during personnel selection processes. * Log and track support tickets in logs or helpdesk tools. * Support inventory and control of technological assets (equipment, licenses, accessories). **Requirements:** * **Education:** Associate degree, Technical degree, or incomplete Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems, Informatics, Networking, or related field. Technical certifications are valued. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in technical support; basic-to-intermediate SAP Business One experience is desirable. * **Industry:** Open to all sectors; manufacturing or food industry experience is advantageous. * **Language:** Not mandatory; basic technical English is a plus.
