The ideal candidate will be able to efficiently manage transportation units and delivery routes, ensuring our products reach branches and customers on time. **Responsibilities:** * Plan and coordinate delivery routes for drivers. * Optimize resource performance such as vehicle spare parts and fuel. * Supervise logistics staff, providing training and support during incidents. * Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery accuracy and speed. * Monitor required services and maintenance for vehicles to avoid disruptions in logistics. * Prepare reports and logistic performance analysis for decision-making. **Requirements:** * High school diploma. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or distribution companies. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. **We Offer:** * Base salary of $10,000 gross per month. * Guaranteed monthly bonus of $5,000\. * Monthly grocery vouchers worth $1,400\. * Statutory benefits * 5% savings fund * Quarterly bonus for meeting objectives
