




Involves support in the reception of products and fulfillment of customer orders through operational processes, to ensure that customer material is in optimal condition at the required time. General Job Description: Under general supervision, performs the following activities: * Efficiently and safely delivers and collects packages. * Inspects packages to ensure proper labeling, content legality, including weight and size, appropriate packaging, declared values, and special requirements for shipments of dangerous materials. * Accurately and neatly prepares documentation related to package collection and delivery, such as air waybills, delivery records, vehicle status reports, etc. * Seeks additional business from existing customers; if unsuccessful, refers them to the sales manager. * Informs station operations, management, and sales teams of changes in customer handling and/or competitors. * Safely loads and unloads company aircraft and vehicles. * Conducts sorting and audits of package and box dimensions and weights. * Ensures the use of safety equipment and full compliance with FedEx's policies, procedures, standards, rules, and safety practices. * Operates company vehicles safely and performs basic maintenance (cleaning, washing, tire pressure checks, etc.). Minimum Requirements: Minimum Education Level: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Basic English preferred. Minimum Experience: * Prior experience in ramp operations and warehouse equipment operation is preferred. Minimum Required Skills: * Ability to lift 32 kg and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs (68 kgs) using proper equipment. * Availability to work variable shifts. * Vehicle maintenance experience and proficiency with manual and electric tools are preferred. * Accuracy and attention to detail. * Planning and organizational skills. * Problem-solving skills. * Teamwork skills.
