We are growing and looking for a detail-oriented professional who wants to join a strong team. **Job Objective:** Prepare accurate and fast quotations to support the sales team, ensuring efficiency and adherence to response time requirements, without direct customer interaction. **Responsibilities:** * Receive and analyze quotation requests submitted by the sales team. * Prepare accurate quotations within a maximum of 30 minutes, based on established pricing and policies. * Record and update all quotations in the ERP/CRM system for tracking and control. * Maintain communication exclusively with the sales team, with no direct customer interaction. * Ensure accuracy of prices, quantities, and terms in each quotation. * Prioritize urgent requests and immediately notify the sales representative in case of delays or incomplete information. * Generate weekly reports on response times and quotation volume for Sales Management. * Maintain confidentiality of commercial information, costs, and margins. **Desired Skills:** * Analytical thinking to optimize quotation processes. * Proactivity to anticipate the sales team’s needs. * Quick and sound problem-solving ability. * Teamwork and service-oriented attitude. * Adaptability to change and high workload. **What Makes You the Ideal Candidate?** * You are proactive and anticipate needs. * You love teamwork (your communication with sales will be critical). * You adapt quickly and remain calm under pressure. * Confidentiality and ethics are your core principles.
