We are seeking a **Human Resources Manager** to drive talent, strengthen organizational culture, and ensure regulatory compliance according to national and international standards. Job Responsibilities * Lead **recruitment, selection, and hiring** processes for operational, administrative, and supervisory personnel. * Implement and monitor **employee engagement programs** and **performance evaluations**. * Ensure compliance with **STPS** regulations, including **NOM-035** and other occupational safety and health standards. * Manage **labor relations**, contracts, incidents, separations, and document administration. * Develop and execute **training plans and TNA** (Training Needs Analysis). * Lead preparations for **internal and external audits** (ISO, SMETA, FSSC). * Promote a culture of **social responsibility, business ethics, and inclusion**. Requirements * **Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field.** * Proven experience of **5 years in HR management or coordination roles**. * Solid knowledge of: * Mexican labor legislation. * STPS regulations and **NOM-035**. * Audits of **ISO, SMETA, or FSSC**. * Labor relations and organizational climate. * Leadership, negotiation, and effective communication skills. Desirable Qualifications * Experience in the **food or beverage industry**. * Certifications or diplomas in **quality audits or CSR**. * Proficiency with payroll software or ERP systems.
