Job Summary: Exitus Credit is seeking Collection Officers to recover overdue accounts through direct field operational management and achievement of recovery targets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recovery of overdue accounts through door-to-door collection. 2. Negotiation and closure of payment commitments. 3. Search and location of delinquent customers. DOOR-TO-DOOR COLLECTION OFFICER – EXITUS CREDIT At Exitus Credit, we are looking for Collection Officers to recover overdue accounts in the assigned area through direct field operational management and achievement of recovery targets. Activities * + Recovery of overdue accounts through door-to-door collection * • Management of overdue payments • Negotiation and closure of payment commitments * + Search and location of delinquent customers + Monitoring and follow-up of the assigned area We Offer * + Base salary of $10,000 NET per month + Food vouchers amounting to 7% of salary + Commission plan based on achievement of targets (no cap) + Christmas bonus: 15 days' salary + 12 days of vacation + Vacation premium of 25% Requirements * + Minimum education: High school diploma (in progress or completed) + Experience in extrajudicial collection (personal loans, group loans, payroll loans, etc.) + Personal motorcycle + Valid driver's license + Availability for frequent travel + Tolerance for pressure and rejection + Negotiation and follow-up skills + Results-oriented mindset and administrative control capability + Availability for fieldwork
